Anchored exists to walk alongside young people as they discover who God made them to be — equipping them with the tools, mentorship, and community to live with purpose.
Our Mission
We believe every young person carries God-given potential that deserves to be seen, named, and developed. Anchored was founded on the conviction that intentional, Christ-centered mentorship changes the trajectory of a young person's life.
Through one-on-one coaching, group mentoring, and community workshops, we create safe spaces where youth ages 8–18 can ask hard questions, build real identity, and grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders.

Meet the founder
Founder & Lead Coach
With over a decade of experience in youth ministry, coaching, and community development, our founder started Anchored after witnessing firsthand how many young people lacked a stable, faith-grounded voice in their corner.
What began as informal mentoring conversations grew into a structured program serving dozens of youth and families across the community. The mission is simple: show up, speak truth, and help young people stay anchored.
